High-stakes proposals need more than a close-to-deadline push. Over six weeks, I partner with science communication specialist Brendon Bosworth to combine coaching, editorial expertise, and structured accountability, helping you develop and refine a stronger proposal at a measured pace.

How it works
Over six weeks, we support you through the grant-writing process, providing structure, coaching, and editorial feedback to ensure you communicate your ideas effectively.
Start strong (Week 1)
We start with an onboarding survey and kick-off meeting to understand your research focus, clarify your writing goals, and develop a customised timeline for writing and review.
Write with purpose (Weeks 2-5)
Weekly coaching keeps the work moving, while two work-in-progress reviews provide editorial feedback as the proposal develops. We also help you build peer review into the process.
Submit with confidence (Week 6)
You receive a full edit of your final draft to ensure it clearly communicates the value and impact of your research, reads well, and is ready for submission. We meet once more to check that everything is on track.
Close and reflect
When the draft is done, we meet for a final debrief to close out the process and reflect on lessons learned.
Your role in the process
We provide structure, coaching, accountability, and editorial feedback, while you remain in the author’s seat. The programme works best when you can protect regular writing time between sessions and meet the agreed draft deadlines.
